James’ Resourcing Challenge   James Barton is the IT Director of one of the countries leading Financial Services companies. After his board approved his decision to integrate SAP Business Objects with their SAP Business Suite, he was left with the key challenge that his in-house team lacked the experience and know-how required for the implementation.

 

VOCO provided one of their consultants free of charge to work with James’ business analyst and programme manager to outline the job description and skills requirement for the people they would need in their team. VOCO Resourcing were able to source 2 new members of the team immediately selected from the portfolio of skilled SAP professionals they have on their books.

 

VOCO Resourcing then delivered an intensive training course to a further two professionals who had extensive Hyperion integration experience. Thanks to the VOCO training the IT professionals were able to transfer their Hyperion knowledge and experience to a SAP Business Objectives environment and joined the team to successfully implement James’ project on-time and within budget.
