Product Overview

FlowHow – Process Modelling
FlowHow is a rapid development tool that allows for the creation of training materials (e-learning, paper based and facilitator guides) as well as system documentation for the configuration and testing of ERP implementations (e.g. SAP or Oracle).

FlowHow has a built-in flowcharting tool for an easy mapping of graphical business processes.

FlowHow enables users to easily understand the whole business process (e.g. the purchasing cycle) and more importantly, understand when and how to perform the tasks required to ensure that the cycle runs smoothly.

FlowHow can also be used to build tutorials with embedded Macromedia Flash, Authorware and other objects, to create an interactive, multi-media learning experience. Process flows can be imported from and exported to Microsoft Visio and Aris.

ShowHow – Process Simulation
ShowHow is an xml-based software tool that allows users to build simulation lessons from a series of screen captures. These screens can be transactional screens captured from a system like SAP, Oracle or can be screens captured from a video or series of photographs.

The end-users move through the screens in Demo mode and follow specific instructions for successful completion of each screen. They can also go through the screens in Training and Test mode to evaluate the knowledge gained from the process simulation.

ShowHow uses the widely used Macromedia Authorware player to distribute the lessons over the web.
