"E1" is a five-step methodology:
1) Identify/evaluate Requirements - Business process documentation - the first process in the cycle focuses on the careful definition and documentation of business processes relevant to the learning intervention, including definition of business goals.
2) Training materials development - once the learning goals are defined, the web-based training materials are developed using the FlowHow and ShowHow tools.
3) Blended Training Delivery - in the early stages of the change to an e-learning culture, e-learning material is presented as part of a carefully planned classroom training program.
4) Evaluation - There are several levels of evaluation in the E1 Methodology from online assessments to feedback evaluations.
5) Impact - Finally, and most importantly, we evaluate whether the blended learning implementation has had a measurable impact on your organisation. |
